  2.                      Description of COPAN/II
  3.  
  4. COPAN/II  is  a  collection of programs  that  analyze  composite 
  5. panels for strength,  stiffness, cost and weight.  These programs 
  6. were  written  on  XT,  and  AT compatibles and  require  a  256K 
  7. minimum.    They do not require a graphics board or a math  chip.  
  8. The  system is designed to allow the user to catalog core and ply 
  9. materials so that each design requires only a material  reference 
  10. as opposed to the complete property input.

  12. COPAN/II is furnished on two 5.25 inch disks or on a single  3.25 
  13. inch  or a single quad density disk.   The total number of  bytes 
  14. taken up by COPAN/II when moved to the hard disk is approximately 
  15. 400K.   The individual system files are as follows:   (Help files

  25. Each  COPAN/II product is supplied with a quantity of data  files 
  26. so  that  the  new  user  may  begin  to  work  with  the  system 
  27. immediately.  All of the installation procedures are completed at 
  28. PARADOS.    A  users  manual of approximately 200 pages  is  also 
  29. incluced  in the above prices.   Additional copies of the  manual 
  30. are available from PARADOS Technical for a modest fee.
